HCPCS Level II is the alpha-numeric code set for products, supplies and services that CPT (Level I) does not cover: ambulance and transportation, durable medical equipment, prosthetics and orthotics, drugs, and many professional services. Codes are maintained by CMS and updated quarterly. This page lists the 7,448 active Level II codes from the October 2026 quarterly file, organized by first letter. Terminated codes are excluded - a code with a termination date on or before September 30, 2026 is not valid for current dates of service.
